Our preferred lenders are approved to offer CHFA grants – not all lenders are.

Here are the eligibility requirements:

• Minimum of a 620 credit score for all borrowers on the loan
• No judgments on your credit history
• No bankruptcy in the past 2 years
• No foreclosure in the past 3 years
• 2 year full time work history (does not have to be the same employer, being a full time student also will satisfy this requirement)
• Not already working with a Realtor
